About Our Client:Our client, a thriving tech recruitment firm located in the heart of Central London, is currently seeking a motivated individual for the role of Entry Level Tech Recruiter. Committed to nurturing talent and fostering growth, this opportunity serves as an idealentry point for individuals eager to embark on a rewarding career in tech recruitment.Position Overview:As an Entry Level Recruiter, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and connecting with emerging tech talent. This role provides a unique chance to gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of tech recruitment and contribute to thesuccess of our clients growing team.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential tech candidates across various channels.
  • Engage with candidates, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to implement strategies for sourcing and placing tech talent.
Qualifications:
  • A recent graduate or an individual at the early stages of their career.
  • Demonstrated interest in the tech industry and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status)
What Our Client Offers:
  • Competitive base salary of £25,000 per annum, with the potential to earn between £35,000 to £45,000 in the first year through OTE.
