Job Description

Looking for a role that will support you and develop your skills within customer facing environmentsFed up and want to start earning and gaining valuable experienceLooking for a new careerWe are looking for mentors in a number of disciplines to support a newly developed Personal & Financial Development program.The program’s objective is to help anyone with basic accounting knowledge transition into the world of Digital Transformation for Finance Operations (FinOps).LocationRemoteYou will be tasked to:

  • Utilize multiple channels, including email, SMS, phone, social media, and Zoom, to connect with leads and schedule appointments.
  • Engage with leads professionally,build rapport and pre-qualify to ensure our program will provide benefits to the lead.
  • Efficiently manage leads and follow up for conversion.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.
Our Program is High Ticket in nature offering anyone with basic accounting knowledge tools to Excel in the digital world.All calls go through our CRM systemAll calls are Recorded, QCed and GradedWe are offering £13 per hour, 35 Hours per week and also performance-based commissions tied to:1) "Appointments set" attendance rate2) Call conversion rate3) Call made per month4) Lead callback timeFull training provided.Our marketing efforts currently generates over 40 warm leads per day.The team is on track to break 100 leads per day from February 15thRequirements:
  • English speaker - FLUENT/NATIVE.
  • Min one-year Proven experience.
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
