Job Description

A leading wellbeing platform and series A organisation in a very exciting phase are looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead to drive enterprise client acquisition across the UK and EMEA.This is a fabulous opportunity to join a fast-growing business working closely with the founding team to grow the business further.Role responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement the enterprise sales strategy and drive sales with an effective process
  • Proactively identify and navigate through large enterprise clients and competently prospect, develop and close sales opportunities
  • Develop and manage your pipeline of sales activity and monitor against targets
  • Utilise in-depth knowledge of industry trends to consult and support prospective customers
  • Generate leads from marketing events and conferences
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance and win business
Role requirements:
  • 10 years sales experience with a minimum of 5+ years enterprise sales experience and a track record of over achieving on sales targets
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise solutions into large / complex accounts
  • Previous experience selling to the HR function and ideally someone with a relevant network of senior HR professionals, key decisions makers and stakeholders giving you the ability to hit the ground running
  • Ability to hold your own in meetings with C-suite representatives from prospective clients and speak as a thought-leader and visionary in the space
  • A consultative technique and approach to sales
  • Passionate about wellbeing
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate, understand and empathise with others
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team
