Our client, an international insurance group is looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Manager to join their London-based team.Working with an experiencedChief Risk Officer,you will be tasked with leading the team, across qualitativeperspectives.This is a fantastic opportunity, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the effectiveness of the ERM framework. Also, you will be required to perform, and document the ORSA process, and manage the risk analyses regarding scenario/stresstesting. It is common for a number of the staff to take part in internal training, so you will responsible for leading company-wide training sessions on risk management to help build awareness of the risk across the company.I have recently caught up with a senior member of staff in the business, and this is what he had to say about the plans over the next 12 months.
