Job Description

Enterprise ArchitectMy financial services client are seeking an Enterprise Architect.You will join an innovative, digital team and be responsible for managing a team of cross-functional architects: solutions, data, business and technical. You will identify new technologies and ways of working to improve and keep the architecture currentand best of breed.Responsibilities:

  • Builds, owns and maintains the Enterprise Architecture (EA) plan delivering a full view and direction across business, data and technology architecture
  • Analyse where processes can be integrated or eliminated in the organization
  • Act to improve the efficiency and reliability of business information
Experience:
  • Strong experience in a similar role
  • Devised comprehensive architecture for enterprise scale, digital services and initiatives that deliver capacity, performance and system availability improvements that ensure business targets are met or exceeded
  • Demonstrated success in delivery of change programmes that meet and exceed business objectives, within scope, timeline and budget
  • Demonstrated success in building high performing technical teams
  • Creatively interpreted strategy and translated emerging trends and technologies to deliver innovative solutions which might impact or benefit the organisation
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with the EA framework
  • Deep knowledge of EA tools such as Erwin, Planview, Alfabet, etc
  • Cloud computing, system architecture, strategy development and enterprise solutions
  • Experience of working within TOGAF/Zachman or similar frameworks
  • Highly organised, analytical and methodical in approach
  • Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Strong client/vendor/stakeholder management and influencing skills, with ability to achieve positive outcomes
  • Experience with SQL, data sourcing and integration, enterprise data management and modelling
  • Business strategy
