Job Description

Enterprise Account Director - IT Solutions£40,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped OTE (£120k - £160k)London (hybrid)Penguin Recruitment are proud to be partnered with one of the largest IT solutions providers in the world, who are a trusted supplier of IT Hardware, Software and Integrated IT Solutions to the worlds top global technology providers.With global presence across all main continents, our client continues their development in offering full IT Solutions across all verticals and is now looking to recruit and ambitious and collaborative Enterprise Account Director, with the sole aim of newbusiness acquisition.As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be required to build a fresh business pipeline within net new logo Corporate and Enterprise accounts, as well as maximising the growth of existing key accounts. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle,from prospecting the new clients through to closing deals and managing the accounts.What are we looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience selling IT Solutions in to the Large Corporate and Enterprise market space
  • Previous experience working for an IT Reseller/VAR
  • A tenacious individual who is adept at winning new business with customers, as well as developing long term relationships
  • Experience in selling a wide range of IT Solutions which include: Cloud, Managed Services, IT Security, Networking, Virtualisation, SAAS, Infrastructure, & Data Centre to net lew logo accounts
  • Knowledge of the retail sector is highly desirable
  • A proven track record of business development and account retention within live, dormant and new accounts
  • Demonstrable background of generating and maintaining strong GP figures
  • Strong leadership skills
