Enrolment Conversion Assistant (2 positions available)Salary range: from £26,039 to £29,635 per annum (dependent on skills, experience and qualifications) Hours: 35 per week Contract type: Permanent We are seeking two Enrolment Conversion Assistants towork with our Regional team to convert applications into enrolled students at the University. You will support students through the application to offer stage of their student journey and ensure that they understand the requirements of entry. You will be responsiblein ensuring that the student journey is excellent and distinguished from our competitors.You will ensure student queries to the central admissions inbox are managed efficiently and will work with the Admissions & CAS Managers to process applications withina timely manner. You will support students with submitting their applications, including identifying any issues or barriers in the application journey and will liaise with applicants to ensure documentation is received on time and in the correct format. Inaddition, you will develop an understanding of UKVI requirements and support the Admissions & CAS Managers with CAS issuing and will also meet with applicants and their families when they visit campus, giving campus tours and answering queries as appropriate.Youshould have strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience within a University admissions team (or a customer facing role) and a background working with databases (preferably SITS). You should also be able to run reports, will have experience inworking with a sales pipeline and will have used CRM.About us Regents University London is a private university right in the heart of Royal Regents Park.
