We are currently seeking individuals to work with us as English and Maths Digital Coaches. As one of a team of digital experts within the English and maths team you will contribute proactively to the development of high-qualitydigital learning and assessment materials. You will then use these to deliver interesting, creative and engaging online sessions, inspiring and motivating learners and driving high levels of participation and engagement. You will review the progress of learnersthrough the use of digital assessment and use this to personalise learning, helping to prepare learners for external assessment and ensuring high levels of achievement. These roles will require strong digital and maths or English skills together with the abilityto motivate and inspire learners to want to develop their literacy and numeracy skills and complete their qualifications. Candidates should hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
