Job Description

Join us on the Journey... We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Administratorbased at Clarkes of London Head Office in Lower Sydenham. You willprovide a range of administration activities to support the efficient and effective day to day running and delivery of the engineering department.What youll do...

  • Upkeep and maintain the vehicle documentation and the filing systems.
  • Scan and file engineering documentation.
  • Maintain the Motor Insurance database (MID), and Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) self-service system for DVSA.
  • Carry out new vehicle set up documentation on digital systems and upkeep of the cherished number plate change system.
  • Assist with the engineering vehicle planning functionPMIPlanned Maintenance Inspections, MOT bookings.
  • Provide data that is accurate and timely for requested reports, be it weekly KPI or monthly.
  • Produce invoices and credit notes in conjunction with management team, whilst being able to assist with the Purchase Order system to cover periods of absence.
  • Follow the Tacho calibration procedure.
  • Follow the Road Fund Licence (vehicle road tax) process including system and direct debit updates.
  • Maintain the shift pattern and on call log system, producing updates and keeping holiday planner
  • updated.
  • Undertake any other duties deemed reasonable to meet the demands of the business and service
  • delivery requirements.
  • Order parts and maintain stores, control stock flow and assist in audit process.
