Job Title: Engineer - Process & Governance Location: Barrow in Furness. Salary: Competitive What you’ll be doing: • Use subject matter expertise to develop processes and solutions to engineering problems • Deploy processes and deliver coaching and support to cross-functional teams • Maintain a suite of documentation and implement changes as required • Support the engineering management team in planning and controlling specialist activities • Undertake assurance activities and issue recommendations • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Support configuration management and change control role) Your skills and experiences: Essential: • Degree in a STEM related subject • Proven ability to understand technical instructions and communicate them to others • Good stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of the engineering lifecycle Desirable: • Member of an appropriate professional institution • Industry experience and an understanding of relevant standards (e.g. defence, oil, gas, pharmaceutical) • Systems engineering knowledge Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. You will be involved in Process & Governance activities for a number of facilities on behalfof Integrated Systems. This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a diverse team at an exciting time in the Dreadnought programme.
