Engagement Delivery ManagerPermanentLondon/Hybrid£52,000-£63,000 plus benefits Advantage Resourcing are recruiting for an Engagement Delivery Manager on behalf of a leading Smart meter telecommunications company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ensuring the delivery of engagement plans across programmes and core services and the coordination of messaging surrounding these activities.This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace! Does this sound like youIf so, you will be considered at a salary range between £52,000-£63,000 and you will also be able to choose flexible work life balance benefits such as working from home.The Key accountabilities include: * DCC lead for managing strategic oversight of messages and engagement with relevant non SEC customer forums to ensure consistency of messaging* Proactively develop 121 relationships with forum and committee members to create a collaborative environment to work through challenges and issues as well as generating confidence in DCC* Proactively identify forum and meeting agenda items through engagement plans and working collaboratively across the customer engagement team to ensure a continuity of message for customers* Working across all DCC teams to understand the day to day concerns of customers, how these are being resolved and proactively drive engagement agendas to ensure they meet the needs of both DCC and its customers* Working with the SMEs and DCC presenting leads, review all DCC customer messaging ahead of sharing publicationsWhat you will bring: * Experience of stakeholder and customer engagement* Background in engagement or delivery management roles.* The ability to interpret messages well from Subject matter experts such as suppliers and clients.* Strong analytical and communication skills.Please apply now to not miss out on this excellent career opportunity!Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
