Role OverviewThe Energy & Commodities Systems Administration team are responsible for maintaining TPICAPs electronic and hybrid trading screens, maintaining access rights to TPICAPs trading screens and following onboarding flows to maintain operational oversight are key. This team are a key part of an in house project to provide a platform to be used by 70+ Oil broking desks globally. The team are primarily to be responsible for configuring and maintaining data for this platform and then ensuring these desks are supported postgo-live. The deadlines for data set up to support this platform are aggressive - administrators will need to be focused, driven, accurate, work well in a team and have an ability to work well under pressure The administrators will need to build sound relationships with a multitude of different departments to include both Brokers and Operations teams across EMEA and other regions. They will also need to ensure the team is service driven when dealing with TPICAPsclients following escalation paths when incidents and requests occur. Role ResponsibilitiesMain duties within the role will relate to working in a team that provide Level 1 support across a multitude of E & C platforms to include Trayport, Nova, Prometheus and Icapture :

  • Set up of User Accounts
  • Set up of Client Static data
  • Set up of product static data
  • Post go-live support - liaising with brokers to resolve Trading Application queries.
