Job Description

Contract RequirementEndpoint Configuration AnalystDuration: 3 Months with potential to go perm Location: Londonhybrid working Rate: £200 Inside IR35Core responsibilities include a variety of activities including:

  • To configure, operate and maintain corporate endpoint hardware, including Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and Mobile Phones and software, operating system and patches on those devices using the Trusts remote configuration management tools
  • Manage the Trusts endpoint configuration management tools, including upgrading and patching of them when required
  • Support the technician team to ensure that the service is planned, managed and delivered effectively and perform a professional second- and third-line technical support service for Trust users in the absence of the Principal Technician
  • To maintain a high level of technical expertise and awareness to diagnose endpoint technical issues and ensure others on the team do also
Desired experience and technical skills required include:
  • Extensive specialist IT support experience and use of hardware, software and tooling products
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 2019/2019 an Active Directory, Airwatch, SCCM
