We also run HCA Laboratories and are growing via our expanding joint ventures divisions, including partnering with the NHS.Our primary purpose is to provide exceptional care delivered with compassion and kindness, using state-of-the-art technology operated by expert, dedicated teams.Job DescriptionThe End User Computing Specialist is responsible for technical expertise and guidance for technology within the organisation.Delivering highly technical expertise in their specialities, proposing innovative solutions and driving their implementation and support as well as creating strategy and guiding others in implementing technical solutions for customers and HCA as an organisation.This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary package dependent upon candidate experience.   • Take ownership of the technical envisioning, scope, and goals/benefits of implementing EUC related technologies
  • Strong focus on automation, developing DevOps skills in core technologies
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support to Technical Services team in order to provide in depth troubleshooting for related deployment issues
  • 3rd line desktop support services, including the planning and delivery of projects.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to operational issues with a focus on prevention over fix
  • Provide direction to the Technical Services team to ensure delivery of high level of customer service.
  • Work within the EUC team of specialists focused primarily on delivering technical solutions for improving the overall quality of product build, deployments and monitoring
  • Create accurate documentation for use by the Technical Operations, Support and Customer service teams
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Skills & Experience
  • Excellent knowledge of SCCM
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in computing or equivalent, i.e. Computer Science, Business Computing, Information Systems
  • Extensive Windows 7, 10 Enterprise administration, including MDT, Windows 10 Provisioning Packages
  • Advanced Windows Server and Azure administration
  • Virtualisation technologies - hands-on experience with either VMWare, Nutanix or Citrix.
