Job Description

This top-ranked firm of specialist employment lawyers are currently seeking to add an additional member to the growing team based in London.The firm are looking for exceptional lawyers who will fit into the team and help develop their reputation and grow business.About the Role

  • They adsvise on classic employment law matters (such as contract negotiations, severance negotiations and unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination litigation)
  • They also advise clients on matters such as restrictive covenant and confidentiality disputes, partnership and LLP work. As well as that contractual disputes under the jurisdiction of the High Court, misrepresentation and personal injury claims arisingout of stress at work.
  • Within that broad spectrum, the significant majority of work is for individuals, advising on matters which are contentious or potentially contentious.
About You
  • Be really bright and have good academics at A Level (or international equivalent) and degree level;
  • A strong technical Lawyer, with a good grasp of employment law principles and a willingness to tackle areas of law outside of the four corners of employment law;
  • Have experience appropriate to your level of qualification, i.e. have run your own matters;
  • Be hardworking and consistently have met your chargeable hours and billing targets since qualification;
