An opportunity to join the Employer Brand team, responsible for designing PwCs market-leading employer branding campaigns, helping to attract and retain top talent into our business.About the team:Were responsible for leading the design, development and execution of our employer brand campaigns. Developing distinctive employer brand propositions and core messaging across all areas of our business, with an innovative and consistent approach, closely aligned to both recruitment and corporate brand strategies.Responsibilities: Reporting into the Experienced Recruitment Employer Brand Manager to provide support with the design and delivery of our national experienced recruitment attraction strategy, including both targeted and firmwide campaigns. Working with key stakeholders across the Experienced Recruitment team as a Campaign Manager responsible for end-to-end attraction campaigns. Working with the wider Employer Brand team to design multi-faceted campaigns utilising all channels and assets including digital, social and print. Support annual review of job boards using source data and tracking to measure the ROI. Work closely with the CRM team to manage comms and newsletters to our Talent Pool. Ideation, storyboarding and production of new video content, working with our external video editing supplier. Using our employer brand portal to design and create specific marketing materials (flyers, brochures and adverts) for Experienced Hire events. Internal and external stakeholder management, key stakeholders being the wider Employer Branding and Experienced Hire Sourcing teams and external suppliers. Provide support to the wider Talent Channels team on specific projects as required.Essential skills: Previous employer brand experience or an aptitude for working with copy and visual content, someone who is passionate about attraction. Highly organised and autonomous worker, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, creating and maintaining project plans in real-time to manage your own work and keep others updated. Is a creative thinker, idea generator, and comfortable sharing them and exploring how they could work in our campaigns/strategy. Good research and reporting skills. Proactive and self-motivated, getting involved in all projects/tasks, regardless of how big/small. Is a team player able to operate in a virtual team.Relationships: Building a strong relationship with your peers and the wider Experienced Recruitment team will be essential in being successful in the role. Work with our internal and external PR team, to support our recruitment objectives.Desirable experience: Experience of working in a pressured and deadline driven environment. Experience of working for another professional services organisation or similar. Experience of working with a highly governed brand and/or copywriting experience.Additional information: The team is split between London, Bristol, the Midlands and North region offices.
