This role will work closely with the Head of Employee and Leadership Communications and the Employee Communications Executive to support internalcommunication activities, campaigns and events across EMEA and APAC. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented communications professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join a dynamic and strategic function and further their experience in several specialisations, working with a range of areasacross the company. Role ResponsibilitiesHow youll spend your time... Engage and influence key business partners (HR, Technology, Compliance) and other stakeholders to develop and deliver communication strategies that meet their needs Work closely with Transformation and Change teams to support employee communications needs, create relevant communications plans and tactical campaign delivery Provide project support for the Head of Employee and Leadership Communications on communication campaigns aligned to our corporate strategy, employee experience, DEI and office co-location Provide support with day-to-day delivery of communications campaigns via our key channels: Intranet: sourcing, drafting and publishing engaging content. digital screens: transform campaign content into dynamic digital content for employee facing digital screens. mass mailing tool: design, upload and send email content though our mass mailing tool (Poppulo). Microsoft Teams: facilitate employee events through Teams platform Provide coordination and logistical support for internal events such key note speakers, campaign installations, diversity and inclusion events and town hall logistics. Key CapabilitiesTo be successful in this role you will have... Perfect written English Solid experience in an internal communications role Natural flair for communication with excellent writing skills and attention to detail Able to understand reasonably complex, technical subject matter and create communications suited to a sophisticated business audience Experience and understanding of digital channels including intranet and mass mailing tools Digitally savvy Tact, emotional intelligence, initiative and good judgement Ambition to grow in the role, creativity, willing to put forward new ideas Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines Motivated, self-starter and strong team player willing to get involved in all aspects of the teams work.
