Role: EMEA Payroll SpecialistLocation: London - HybridSalary: £45,000Are you passionate about precision in payroll and thrive in a dynamic, innovative environmentThe Advocate Group are partnered with a leading drinks business who are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join their dedicated team.As the EMEA Payroll Specialist, youll be an integral part of the team, responsible for overseeing payroll processes across multiple countries in the EMEA region. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while staying compliantwith regional regulations and company policies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency
  • Stay updated on regional payroll regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 experience in payroll.
  • Proficiency in [specific payroll software/tools] is highly desirable
