Job Description

The opportunity has arisen for a EMEA payroll specialist with experience in Irish payroll to join this global pharmaceutical company on a minimum 6 month contract. The role would suit someone who has have a minimum 5 year experience dealing with payrollin companies with 2000-5000 employees.Client DetailsOur global Pharmaceuticals client are in need of additional resources in their EMEA payroll team due to implementation of a new payroll system. This role will give the right candidate work life balance in a challenging and rewarding role.DescriptionEMEA Payroll Specialist responsibilities:

  • Dealing with irish payroll including sick pay and pension plan
  • Process monthly payrolls in accordance with payroll cycle in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements
  • Payroll processing for expatriate employees
  • Processing payments of net pay via EFT and Internet banking
  • Coordination of Taxes/Social Charges, Pensions, Insurances payments.
  • Respond to HR and employee queries arising on supported payrolls.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the external payroll vendors and internal departments
  • Support manager with ad hoc projects, as they arise
Profile
  • Irish Payroll experience is essential
  • 5 years of experience in payroll
  • Experience with Success Factor, Workday, ADP payroll systems
