Currently seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join an industry leading tech/communications company. You will be exposed to a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment, working on global solutions, genuinely fascinating and industry-changing projectsand a stimulating environment designed to enable you to flourish.* Map out communication journeys that nurture data and build a more detailed picture of audiences needs and behaviour* Create email campaigns for senior stakeholders around the world* Develop and set best practice for email campaigns* Build segmented paths for audiences, creating a more bespoke experience* Look for opportunities to innovate and collaborate to improve the use of email as a channel* Liaise with Project Managers to translate briefs into actionable email content* Work with designers to improve the look and feel of emails * Advance our email campaigns using advanced personalisation and tailoring* Ensure prompt and accurate communication with members and the general public via email to minimise unsubscribes* Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements * Accurate proofreading of emails for clarity, grammar and spelling* Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices* Develop other CRM channels (push, SMS) to ensure we communicate using the customers preferred channels of engagementRequirements:* Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist* Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud* Hands on experience with HTML* Proficiency in marketing automation technology* Knowledge of Google Analytics* Experience of working with translated content (Mandarin/ Simplified Chinese would be a plus)* Creative problem solver* Able to work with agility whilst maintaining quality* Familiarity with analytical and database tools* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills* Strong project management skills* An ability to work under tight deadlines
