Job Description

**Fully remote, optional co-working when required**About you

  • You are looking for your next email marketing role in a start-up environment where you can make a major impact on commercial objectives
  • You have at least two years of experience working in an email marketing role where you have had to work at a fast pace, juggling multiple responsibilities and projects and prioritise effectively
  • You have great attention to detail and have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You have experience building email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters
  • You’re interested in web technologies and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales
  • Key responsibilities
  • Create, manage and grow various email lists and campaigns across B2C and B2B channels
  • Manage and build overall B2C email marketing strategy
  • Create and design various CTAs and email templates
  • Use liquid to make dynamic email campaigns
  • Measure the success of every weekly campaign and use insights to adapt campaigns when required
  • Measure results and optimise lead nurturing workflows
  • Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
  • Develop a lead generation strategy
  • Increase email database
  • Suggest methods for improvements
  • Segment lists based on behaviours such as past email engagement and website interactions
  • Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
  • Key skills & requirementsRequired
  • 2+ years of experience working in an email/digital marketing role
  • Strong HTML and CSS skills
  • Experience working with an ESP (Customer.io would be a major benefit)
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Impeccable sales-focused copywriting skills
  • Preferred
  • JSON/Liquid language skills
  • Design skills in Adobe suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Experience working in e-commerce platforms (Shopify would be a major benefit)
