Working within the rapidly-growing EdTech space, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your marketing skills and take ownership of the B2B email campaign strategy.The Responsibilities Developing a relationship with our customers to understand & identify customer needs and building of customer personas. Gain a full understanding of our products through research and by spending time with our User Researchers and Customer Success teams. And understanding how we deliver value to our customers. Developing customer personas at the different stages of the buying cycle and running email campaigns to communicate the appropriate features of our product to our customers Develop strong call to actions and ensure all CTAs are consistently tracked. Use autmated workflows to create email series in Intercom and Hubspot Planning future segments and opportunites with the Head of Account Management and Head of Customer Experience Maintain user segmentation data in our CRM system. Keeping up to date with all current and future updates with the product. Keeping ahead of B2B email marketing trends and the want to keep developing you skills and expertise in this area.About GreatFind RecruitmentWe specialise on IT Channel recruitment, especially in education sector.
