Primary Responsibilities:· Contributing to the deeper integration of ESG factors into investment processes for the EM Corp team· Working with relevant Portfolio Manager’s, Analysts and ESG Team to develop and use ESG- related portfolio management tools and data to support the investment process· Collaborating with research and quantitative analysts to generate ESG insights and present these internally and externally· Stay abreast of industry and regulatory trends· Working with the EMD team on the continued evolution and tailoring of new ESG, sustainable and/or Impact strategies and - products· Collaborating with the Client, Marketing, and RFP teams with ESG-related requests, client reporting on ESG, ESG investor diligence questions and ad hoc requests· Working in partnership with colleagues across the firm on projects to support the successful implementation of the firm’s overall ESG strategyOur preference for the candidate:· Undergraduate degree with academic credentials and a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience.· Experience in ESG investing, sustainability or impact investing· Proficiency in ESG and sustainability data, frameworks, reporting, and industry best practices· Preferably some experience of investment processes· Able to articulate financial and ESG performance· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analytics· Able to independently analyse with verbal and written communication skills· Able to synthesize research and concepts into actionable and presentable deliverables
