*Role -Electrical Shift Engineer *Location - Westminster, Central London *Company - Major Player in the FM sector. *What you get in return - £41,000 + Progression, Overtime & Training *Estimated Earnings - £55,000 per annum +A well-established FM firm who are renowned for their staff retention and prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to work on one of their flagship contracts in the heart Westminster, Central London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Electrical Shift Engineer to their shift team. General works would include service & maintenanceThis is a demanding contract in a fast-paced environment. Shift Pattern. Week 1. *Monday - 7:30am-10:30pm *Tuesday - 7:30am-10:30pm *Wednesday - Off*Thursday - Off *Friday - 7:30am-7:30pm *Saturday - 7:30am-7:30pm *Sunday - 7:30am-7:30pm Week 2. *Monday - Off *Tuesday - Off *Wednesday - 7:30am-10:30pm *Thursday - 7:30am-10:30pm *Friday - Off *Saturday - Off *Sunday - Off *Duties & Responsibilities *Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites plant, equipment and services.*Respond to Building Management System alarms and emergency repairs as needed.*Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the permit to work systems.*Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.*Compliance with and record keeping for quality management system, ensuring compliant logbooks are in place.*Participation in the engineer call out rota.*Organise and assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.*Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as required.The ideal candidate will be electrically, ideally to a minimum of Level 3 & 17th or 18th edition.
