A great opportunity has arisen to work for a housing association covering their South patch Lewisham, Thames, Bromley, Elephant and Castle and Croydon and surrounding areas. Electrician on a permanent basis on a salary of £35,847 and increasing to £36,922 after successful completion of probation.The successful candidate will be required to complete electrical inspections and testing, carry out upgrades and repairs, general electrical repairs, and maintenance work in occupied and void properties.You will be required to:* Complete a range of electrical repairs and maintenance (Void & Occupied)* Have experience working within social housing properties* Be customer focused* Be a team playerQualifications: * City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g. NVQ * City & Guilds - Testing & Inspection * Full clean driving licenceYou will be supplied with:* A company van + fuel card* Tools* PPEA full job description is available on request.
