A fantastic opportunity for an experienced, knowledgeable, and personable electrician to work with a well-established facilities management company.Our clients range from private landlords, letting agents and block management. We have grown substantially since we first started trading in 2010, this means we are looking to recruit another full-time electrician to join our electrical division.The candidate will need to possess a good working knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics on existing systems. Installation of new electrical systems, including lighting and heating, and to maintain those systems whilst upholding safety guidelines and complying with regulations.You will also be required to have a clean driving license.You will be expected to:• Work on your own using your own initiative as well as alongside others• Follow up on all tasks with pictures and updates for the relevant jobs• Use a company tablet to fill in certification and job updates• Work professionally in a mainly domestic and commercial environment• Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety requirements• On occasion, be asked to work out of your contracted working hours• Be punctual, be polite and provide exceptional customer serviceThe successful Electrician will:• Hold the electrical testing qualification and show a good working knowledge of the required testing procedures.• Possess working knowledge of IEE regulations, City & Guilds 2360 and 2382 qualifications, and inspection and testing certificate (2391).• 18th Edition IET regulationsSalary: To be discussed and agreedIf you are an experienced electrician willing to be part of a thriving team, please apply onlineThank youJob Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Required skills
