*Role - Electrical Shift Engineer (Grade 1 listed building, CLIENT DIRECT) *Location - Central London, Kensington. *Salary - £46,000 Per annum *Shift Pattern - 4on4off - Earlys & Lates (No Night Shifts) *Benefits - Best pension scheme on the market (15% contributed once passed probation)Subsisted lunches Discounts to all bars and restaurants + Much moreMy client is seeking experienced and Multi-Skilled Building Services Technicians, with strong electrical services bias background to support this historic and iconic building. On a day-to-day basis, you will carry out daily plant room checks whilst helping to maintain the sites electrical services and support the maintenance of mechanical plant services. As part of the team, you will ensure they comply with safety regulations and are fit for use. Furthermore, you will check that all domestic services to the site (including the use of equipment and systems with water, electrics, and gas) are in a good working order and that repairs or improvements are undertaken promptly to ensure uninterrupted servicesto our staff and customers.Candidates must have a proven working knowledge of plant and domestic service systems and have a good knowledge and level of competency in building services. Candidates will have completed an appropriate apprenticeship with City and Guilds, NVQ`s or similar, and ideally have other relevant qualifications such as L8, 18th edition and 2391.Training will be provided where required to keep up to date. Candidates will be confident in reacting to Building Services M & E systems requirements which are generated from our helpdesk facility. My client is looking for a credible and technically competent individual who can instill confidence in others, remain calm under pressure and fulfil the service delivery requirements of this fast-paced venue. The role will encompass both regular building services maintenance activities, BMS experience, PPM`s and providing front line assistance for the events held on site being part of the event support team.
