My client is looking for a Senior Electrical Construction Managers to work on University Fitout near Stratford, LondonMy client is a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK. My clients are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical.The successful candidate will join an already established team on all phases of this project. Projects M&E value would be £60M.Electrical Construction Manager duties:Responsible for supervising and coordinating all the workings at a job site including that of a crew of electricians, apprentices, and labourers.Establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project,Organize and coordinate all project materials and equipment.Ensure that all work installed is completed in accordance with the standards set All work will be completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.Electrical Construction Manager roles and responsibilities are to:Measuring from plan drawings and isometrics to produce fully priced detailed bills of quantities C/W labour hours and material costsTracking costs and labour through the projectPreparing costs for variationsProducing monthly valuationsCarry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & Labour costs efficiency through the projectPrepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage through to final account Electrical Construction Manager will have the following Experience:Previous experience on UK construction sites is essentialAn understanding of Commercial, Design and ProgrammeElectrical Trade backgroundA minimum of 8 years with a Tier2 M&E contractor on Commercial projects as an Electrical manager§My clients a well-established company with a family feel and a down to earth team§My client offers a clear progression path , always seeking opportunities to promote from within§My client offers educational assistance and promote CPD§My client promotes collaboration through various team building , social and charity events§My client are committed to employee wellbeing with our Employee Assistance Programme and an in house Health & Wellbeing advisor
