Joining our team, youll be given the freedom to work independently, but also the support you need when you need it. Youllbe encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.Who we areThe TARM practice, winner of the Tolleys Taxation Best Specialist Tax Team in 2022, has grown rapidly over recent years, growing significantly year on year for the past five years. We provide assurance services to our clients, including ensuring they aremeeting their training and development needs in respect of key tax and economic crime compliance and regulatory obligations.We are seeking someone specifically to:

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality online learning courses, using primarily Articulate Storyline
• Have a real passion for online learning design and the latest in eLearning development responsibilities
• Work as part of the Tax Assurance and Risk Management Team to design and develop eLearning (including evaluations and assessments) both to meet BDOs mandatory training requirements and also as part of our client offering
• Maintain existing eLearning portfolio including any updates/edits/links
• Have involvement in business development
• Have client management and general project communication, including client interaction and presentations
• Quality assurance for the eLearning development process, management reports and database records
• Need to work on several projects at once, sometimes under pressure and to tight deadlines

We are looking to deepen and widen the pool of talent and experience, with this new role offering an opportunity to join this close-knit team, working in our offices in Baker Street, London and helping us to develop further our eLearning offering.Youll be someone with

• Demonstrable eLearning design experience
• Proficient in the use of content authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline
• Understanding of eLearning standards (SCORM)
• Enthusiastic, proactive and meticulous attention to detail
• Be able to work well under pressure and manage workloads effectively
• Be highly self-motivated and well organised
