Job Description

E-Learning Designer- Contract- London- 6 Months- £20-£25 phA global technology company are looking for an experienced E-Learning Designer to join their team on a 6 month assignment.Responsibilities:

  • Develop E-Learning, virtual instructor-led, and instructor-led learning solutions, in partnership with Onboarding and cross functional teams, to fill the gaps identified by business stakeholders and Learning Business Partners
  • Strategically package learning solutions in various, scalable formats to ensure our audiences will receive the most effective learning experiences
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop scalable training content
  • Continuously evaluate and maintain up-to-date learning material and knowledge content
  • Stay informed on emerging learning trends in the digital/media industry
  • Collaborate with Learning Operations and Learning Experience Design teams to ensure learning solutions are consistent with those programs and strategies
  • Collaborate with different global client groups across the organisation and design bespoke training programs
    • Skills/ Experience:
  • 5+ years working experience within learning & development or training
  • Demonstrated expertise and technical skill with E-Learning authoring software Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
  • Experience with audio/video/visual asset production and technical skill
  • Demonstrated experience with requirements to design and develop learning courses from scratch, through post-training assessments using Kirkpatricks Model of Evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience with communicating with a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated experience managing and influencing relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with developing learning at scale
  • Demonstrated experience with blended learning approaches
  • Demonstrated experience using ADDIE principle, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies for classroom and electronic learning
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating complex processes into simple and easy to understand concepts
  • Demonstrated experience working with global teams
  • Training experience/background in the tech space
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS
