A new opportunity currently exists for an eDiscovery Senior Project Manager to support the firm. With 5+ years eDiscovery vendor, Big 4 or AmLaw100 technology experience and a strong emphasis on litigation, your broad and varied brief includes:•Overseeing complex projects & matters from start to completion to ensure successful delivery•Controlling all aspects of a matter including processing data, running analytics, building analytics database, custodian interviews, IT interviews, data mapping, liaison with Case teams & clients•Supporting Case teams in planning electronic discovery projects for ESI & paper files, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review & production of ESI•Consulting with Case teams regarding best practices for document management, electronic discovery & matter workflow•Preparing recommendations, budgets & project plans•Liaison with Case teams on discovery management issues, budget status & production planning•Tracking & analysing incoming client data•Designing databases & workflows•Advising & recommending vendor selectionHolding a project management qualification and ideally RAC certified, with a minimum of 5 years legal technology experience gained within an eDiscovery vendor, Big 4 or AmLaw100 environment, you will demonstrate exposure to Relativity, VenioOne, Brainspace, Magnum, Trial Director, CONCORDANCE 10, Opticon, Case Map, LAW 50 and/or Intella alongside a track record of coordinating complex projects to tight deadlines within a global business environment.
