An exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-Discovery Analyst to join a leading City based law firm. This is an extremely interesting and varied permanent vacancy which will allow the successful candidate to provide ongoing assistance and add value to the legal technology department.The legal technology department provide the lawyers with a significant edge in utilising technology enabling them to work collaboratively and effectively throughout disclosure exercises. Key duties will include processing documents into software platforms, providing access to platforms, creating folders as well as executing searches in platforms.Further duties will include manipulating load files to ensure that they are in line with requested disclosure protocols. One of the key factors of the role will be to contribute to special projects as and when required and provide training to legal and business teams on specific software platforms.Applicants will have gained experience of working in a law firm or a legal technology vendor and will have performed similar duties. Knowledge of a number of the following is required, Relativity, NextPoint, HighQ, SharePoint Online, Opus 2 and Bundle Docs. This vacancy could also suit a senior paralegal or qualified lawyer who is looking to expand on their e-disclosure document review experience.First class communication skills are essential coupled with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.Please apply with you CV for full details of this vacancy.
