Job Description

Were Norton Rose Fulbright - a global law firm with over 50 offices and 7,000 employees worldwide.Our London office is currently recruiting for a eDisclosure Analyst. We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view and believe diversity drives innovation, so were building a culture where difference is valued.This position was established to support processing and hosting services provided by the eDisclosure team, which is part of Norton Rose Fulbrights Litigation and Disputes Group. This role reports directly to the Head of eDiscovery for EMEA.Essential functions:

  • Oversee evidence handling, data processing and production & quality control at each phase of the data management process
  • Collaborate with and support project managers in complex technical processing issues
  • Promote maximum productivity, quality and compliance with best practices and protocols
  • Build upon the existing processes and protocols through a continuous process improvement program focused on the quality and profitability of the service offering
  • Gather, analyse and report monthly metrics of data processing volume to inform scope and profitability of the service, and to feed the client billing process
  • Pursue ongoing knowledge related to common and emerging technology used by our clients
  • Participate in department leadership initiatives and special projects
  • Support internal and external business development initiatives
    • Qualifications and job related skills:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Strong grasp and knowledge of practice support technology and EDRM
  • 1 year experience managing eDiscovery processing services in a vendor or law firm environment or an exceptional graduate in a related discipline
  • Practical experience of products such as Axcelerate, Brainspace & NexLP is advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven and demonstrable dedication to work product quality and client service
  • Work efficiently and effectively under rigorous deadlines in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects with consistently high-quality results
  • Exercise good judgment in sensitive or stressful situations
