Contemporary and fashion-forward footwear and apparel brand have a rare opportunity to join their creative hub in East London (flex working pattern on offer) in a newly created Ecommerce Trading Manager. Commercially driven you will be passionate aboutfashion, culture, art and storytelling while leading on-site conversion. This role offers a great mix of strategy, product merchandising and content distribution to create a cohesive consumer journey that optimizes site engagement, conversion and overall consumerexperience. Key Responsibilities: *To lead and plan short and long-term strategy and execution of content placement and visual merchandising to drive the eCommerce business while ensuring best possible customer experience. *With the Marketing team, participate in the development and implementation of the strategy for eCommerce new product launches, including engaging site content, unique storytelling, and merchandising tools, based on product positioning, target audience, andstorytelling needed throughout the consumer journey.*To visually merchandise the websites categories weekly according to different campaigns under the direction of the Retail Merchandiser and based on informed analytical decisions. *Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Manager / Content Manager and other departments to ensure Ecommerce activities are aligned weekly with the general marketing calendars.*To coordinate campaign concepts distribution on site with a focus on driving engagement and intent to purchase.*To be focused on customer journey and customer conversions funnels, while always alert identifying new areas to drive conversion. *To track analytics, assess campaign effectiveness, and recommend optimizations based on performance.You must want a role that is as creative as it is analytical and truly embed yourself in this small but rapidly growing artisan fashion brand - an additional background in merchandising or trading would be a plus though not essential but you must have ecommercemanagement experience gained in a fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle brand.Profiles Creative is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
