Job Description

They’re currently on the lookout for an incredibly proactive E-commerce Manager to join their team!Reporting into the Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for the account management of 3rd party partnerships - optimisation and promotion of our clients Ecommerce Sites. Successfully driving KPIs such as sales, acquisition, conversion, AOV, frequency and retention whilst remaining customer focused.Responsibilities

  • Create and develop e-commerce strategy across partnerships
  • Work with internal teams to plan and implement the marketing/promotions calendar (integrated cross-media campaigns)
  • Increase conversion and AOV through excellent UX, merchandising and content, adhering to brand guidelines
  • Suggest and improve CRM and ESP strategy across the business In collaboration with stakeholders, identify, set up and manage CRM opportunities
  • Track and analyse performance, identifying actions to improve conversion and retention whilst reporting of online sales and partners performance
  • Stay current with new ecommerce trends and update accordingly
  • Forecast revenue on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage internal and external relationships; SEO, PPC, agencies, product/dev teams etc
  • Liaise with SEO team for best business practices
  • Grow revenue from current partners and maintain relationships whilst developing new partnerships and white label sites
  • Review and maximise visibility of Partnership across all sites
  • Explore new acquisition touchpoints to increase customer database
  • Work closely with ESP provider to increase the customer repeat purchase rate and lifetime value
  • Accountable for the e-Commerce P&L
  • Required knowledge, skills and behaviours
  • 3+ years of experience in an e-commerce or Digital Marketing role where you have had reasonability of a company’s e-commerce growth
  • Experience in a B2B2C trading model
  • Experience/knowledge of migrating and re-platforming of a site
  • Understand best SEO practices
  • Full understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Trends
  • High-impact, engaging personality with the energy to effect change and influence outcomes
  • Understanding of general UX
  • Experience using CRM and ESPs
  • Highly numerate and an excellent commercial thinker, able to identify and maximise revenue opportunities and report performance accurately
  • Organised and efficient, self-motivated and creative thinker
  • Ability to build influential relationships
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Effective operator, gets things done well and with good pace
