Ecommerce Manager- 12 month contractLondonUp to £50-£60k depending on experienceWe are working on behalf of a leading premium brand who due to rapid growth, are looking for an experienced and commercial Ecommerce Manager to join them. They are looking for someone with enthusiasm, energy, determination and a passion for ecommerce and all things digital.As Ecommerce Manager you will ultimately lead the direct to consumer/ecommerce trading web site for UK and Ireland. This role is critical to the ongoing growth and development of this hugely successful brand and is responsible for the day-to-day management of all trading activities, conversion, KPIs, content development, design and UX/UI to deliver excellence across all digital touchpoints to increase ecommerce performance for the UK and Republic of Ireland markets. Providing strategic direction and execution to drive ecommerce growth you will own and develop the local ecommerce trading calendar, collaborating across multiple teams and touchpoints to align on objectives and ensure consistency of message.This role requires someone who is super commercial and used to working in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Beauty experience would be a bonus but is not essential.Candidates should be hands on and have a strong ecommerce background ideally gained with premium retail, with proven skills in increasing performance. Ecommerce/CMS platform experience is essential (ideally Hybris), with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve if necessary.
