An E commerce Executive required to undertake a 3 month Fixed Term Contract to work for a well known, popular skincare Brand - there is the opportunity to go permanent.The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the overall digital marketing plan on our flagship digital storeResponsibilities:- Campaign Planning & Execution o Support the Senior E-Commerce Manager with the execution of the campaign strategy and promotional plano Responsible for making sure all key trading actions and activities are briefed to wider team (design, customer care, etc).- Website Merchandisingo Support the day-to-day management of the website and campaign scheduleo Carry out an online visual merchandising process ensuring products are added to the site in a timely fashion, product information is up to date and product listing categories are organised according to business needs.o Setting up new products (NPD, promotional skus, etc)o Setting up promotional activity including creating and testing codes, placing test orders, etc o Drive product revenue through using merchandising skills, rich content and also marketing strategies.- Website Developmento Support and participate in website development including testing phaseo Support with running A/B tests to drive insights and inform UX/UI updates to site- Email/CRMo Leading email planning and execution through Klaviyoo Briefing emails to inhouse design teamo Setting up email campaigns and flowso Analysing and reporting on CRM performance- Affiliateso Coordinating our affiliates program on AWIN to support offers and drive revenueo Communicating with publishers- Offering general support and assistance such as:o Coordinating with other department such as Marketing, Design, Finance and Customer Serviceo Reportingo Assist with third party agencies for coordination o Submitting POs and invoices to finance monthly- The Ideal Candidate- 18 months experience working in a similar position.- Must have platform experience: o Bigcommerce o Shopify (migrating Q1 2024)o Klaviyo o AWIN o Google Analytics (or similar Analytics tool- Retail, luxury or Beauty experience is preferable but not essential. - Proactive, go-getter personality.- Excellent communication and organisational skills.- Exceptional team working skills.- Understanding of ecommerce websites.This is a hybrid role (with 2 days in the office) and the company offers an excellent salary / benefit package with the possibility of the FTC going permanent after 3 months.
