Job Description

We are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Ecommerce Coordinator & Analyst to join a growing beauty brand based in London.Our client is a leading brand who despite 2020 has been very successful and looking to build upon it for next year!   • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual content performance metrics to identify opportunities and propose actions to maximise sales.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Merchandiser on execution of the ecommerce animations, owning the part of managing and setting up promotional visuals and content assets
  • Ensure timely execution of the content launch plan and communication with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a data driven mindset to improve online growth and gain market share
  • Maintain strong relationships with local and global stakeholders within the business to ensure smooth collaboration (Ecommerce Trade team, CRM, Design, Acquisition, Marketing, Supply Chain, Etail, Social)
  • Troubleshoot website issues and keep an eagle eye out for any bugs or concerns.
  • Own translations review, proofreading, copy-editing, optimisation and content testing.
  • Take ownership of copy briefs and their timely delivery. Ensuring the communication between the team, key stakeholders (local & global) and agency is clear
  • To facilitate functionality evolutions or other activities, provide technical and creative support as required.
  • Own and monitor locally created content pages.
  • Experience Required
  • 2-3 years prior experience working in a similar position
  • Proven experience working in a CMS (ideally Demandware
  • Experience of working with SEO and Paid Search
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset to produce, analyse and maintain reports accurately
  • Passionate about Ecommerce, digital and emerging technologies
