Start Date: Immediate Pay: KR 6 £18,059.72 (FTE £20,997) Plus SENA £1,323PA We are looking for an EarlyYears SEND Practitionerto join the Tunbridge Wells Specialist Teaching and Learning Service (STLS)team to work alongside the EY Specialist Teacher andwider STLS team to supportand improve the quality of learning experiences for those with SEND. This support could involve observing, assessing,and identifying strategies to promote learning and development, modellingstrategies recommended by the EY SpecialistTeacher and supporting the deliveryof training. There will also be an allocated caseload of children which thepractitioner will take the lead in supporting. This role will also support thetransition of those children to Reception Classes when they reach schoolagecontinuing to offer advice and guidance to school staff. We are seeking candidates that are driven tosupport children to overcome barriers in their learning and to achieve and makeprogress. They will recognise the importance of working collaboratively withparents,setting practitioners and other professionals in achieving positiveoutcomes.
