Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join a top UK law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.If you have early careers recruitment experience at an Advisor level in a professional services firm, we would love to hear from you.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Pre-selection and screening of applications
  • Running assessment daysassessing group exercises, administering psychometric testing and sourcing assessors
  • Managing the post-offer process to meet annual recruitment targets
  • Developing content for social media campaigns and website
  • Managing delivery and organisation of Vacation Schemes
  • Running diversity events to support the firms Diversity & Inclusion policy
  • Developing and delivering marketing strategy for target universities and arranging associated events
  • Responding to enquiries from fee earners and applicants
  • Assisting Early Careers Manager with ad hoc projects
