EA to Family Office

Job Description

My client is a family office based in West London, W11. They are looking for an EA to join their team and support with:

  • Admin for the senior management (3-4people): diaries, meeting setup, proof reading, document preparation, CRM management etc.
  • Client liaison: any admin requests, travel booking and visas, stakeholder management.
  • Internal projects: such as optimising processes and system.
  • Office management and event planning
Youll be part of a team of 3 EAs and report into the senior EA/OM.Experience working in finance or with HNWIs is ideal, with at least a few years office experience. Attention to detail, good communication skills and a team spirit are all important too.For now, youll be expected to work five days a week in the office, with an 8am start.
