Job Description

This role based in Central London is a permanent EA role for the CEO and board of a public sector organisation.Client DetailsThe client is a financial services regulator based in the city of London.DescriptionThe key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • Diary management for the CEO
  • Working with the team on projects and tasks
  • Booking meetings and travel
  • Formatting correspondence and distributing accordingly
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes for the board
  • Event management
  • Office organisation, ordering stock and supplies
  • Supporting the HR and compliance team with on boarding
  • Assisting with facilities and liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Reception and switchboard duties
ProfileThe successful candidate will
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have worked as an EA or PA before
  • Have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Solid computer skills, including Powerpoint, MS office and Excel
  • Have knowledge of projects
