Our client, a live music promoter, seeks a highly motivated and organised EA to CEO. This role will be supporting the CEO’s professional and personal administration.Key responsibilities will include:• Serving as a key point of contact for enquiries to the CEO. • Handling correspondence, email inbox, and dictation for CEO. • Communicating effectively between the wider company and the CEO. • Ensuring deadlines are met by the CEO, prioritising the tasks and calls needed. • Arranging travel on behalf of the CEO, to include itineraries where needed. • Maintaining the CEO’s contacts database. • Managing the CEO’s expense claims. • Assisting the CEO’s management of personal appointments, travel, food and drink, and other matters as requested. • Implementing and maintaining an efficient filing system. • Ensuring timely renewal of subscriptions, visas, and passports etc. • Nurturing professional relationships with a personable approach. • Occasionally covering the EA to senior management. Requirements:• Full time office based non-negotiable.• Reliable and timely approach to work. • Capable working under pressure and to strict deadlines. • Previous PA/EA experience within a fast-paced environment, supporting a senior Director within a music booking agents or promoters essential.• Knowledge of the live music industry is essential.• Competency using Microsoft Office Suite. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Highly organised. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
