A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar EA who is well-presented, proactive and professional to assist the Founder/Managing Partner of a global hedge fund with both business and private support.The RoleFull calendar and diary management Business and personal travel and accommodation booking for the Founder and his familyUpdating and maintaining Outlook contactsOnline / virtual office filing of research, passwords, personal matters, etc.Supporting across various Board of Directors meetings, documents, members, etcExpense managementCommunicating regularly with the Founder and his Chief of Staff (US based) Handling various personal projects including home deliveries and returns; bill payments for household staff, utilities, etc; restaurant reservations; other errands and ad hoc projectsThe CandidateProven experience in a similar roleFinancial services experience is desirableAble to work confidently across time zonesHigh attention to detailStrong administrative skillsStrong communicator, written and verbalReliable, resilient and efficientAble to take initiative and work undirectedTeam player with a strong can-do attitudeComes with:Salary up to £80k DOE 25 days holiday plus bank holidaysHybrid workingThis a really varied, hands-on role where you’ll really need to be able to hit the ground running in a dynamic, fast moving multi-time zone environment.
