Job Description

E-Commerce Business Development ManagerDo you have experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growthAre you well-versed in problem-solving and strategic thinkingDo you have experience in managing multiple priorities and working in a fast- paced dynamic environmentMacGregor Black are partnering with a leading food business on the search for a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in West London.Key Responsibilities

  • Full end-to-end Account Management of the largest customer, Tesco.
  • Leadership of the e-commerce agenda for Tesco across all categories
  • Achievement of NRM (Net Revenue Management) and CPI (Cost Per Impression) targets.
  • Delivering Net Sales, TGC (Trade Gross Contribution), and NS (Net Sales) per Tonne budget targets.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate weekly sales forecasts.
  • Full management of dot-com media and activation, collaborating with the dedicated e-commerce team.
  • Maximizing dot-com performance and participation in new initiatives, through effective relationship management with Tesco.
What are we looking for
  • 3-4 years’ experience as an ecommerce manager or a similar role
  • Strong background in a top 4 FMCG company.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, driving business targets.
  • Negotiation experience to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Commercial acumen to drive results.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and delivering impactful presentations
