Job Description

I am currently working with an Education Organisation who are looking for a Dynamics Technical Consultant with a Developer Background and abilities to join the team for 6 months on an outside IR35 contract working fully remotely.Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics CRMimplementation.
  • Configuration and Customization: Utilize the configuration capabilities of Dynamics CRM to set up and customize various components such as web pages, entity forms, views, and workflows based on the clients requirements.
  • Development: Develop custom web templates, themes, and components using web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates to enhance the functionality and visual appeal of theCRM Modules; Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
  • Data Migration: Experience Migrating data from legacy systems to the CRM Platforms
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the CRM implementation to ensure its functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across different devices and browsers. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during testing.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training sessions and documentation to end-users on how to effectively use theCRMsolution. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any user issues or questions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, project managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with other components of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Must-Have:- Experience in Dynamics CRM/ CE- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Modules- Experience in development- Experience in end-user communications- Right to work in the UK without sponsorshipInterviews are to take place next week.
