Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect

Job Description

My client is currently recruiting for an MS Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect to join their team on a permanent basis in their London offices (when the time permits) As a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect, you will be responsible for working closely with business executives and stakeholders to identify business processes, use cases, and technical gaps in existing Dynamics AX/365 Fin&Ops. Youll then design, architect, and build Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business requirements and to close technical gaps. Essential Skills:*7-10 years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Business and Soft Skills and Experience *Ability to work systematically and logically to analyse situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications*Demonstrated capacity to plan, prioritise and organise time, project schedules and multiple project activities *Outstanding people management skills, including ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth *Broad industry experience and business process understanding *Ability to work independently and as part of a global team*Wide modular experience (ideally specialising in one of the following areas: Finance, Project Accounting, HR, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing) *Strong customer focus *Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors *Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed Specific IT Skills and Experience*Experience in designing solutions for various modules in Dynamics 365 for FinOps *Minimum four full lifecycle implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations (D365FO) and AX with a focus in Financial Management *Experience with sales and sales processes *Experience of using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps *Experience of complimentary Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow*Experience of common software implementation methodologies, including Life Cycle Services (LCS) and Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step*Ability to understand the high-level business requirements *Knowledge of architecture across multiple modules *Ability to plan and manage engagement work and allocate resources appropriately under time, quality and budget constraints *A proven track record of successful project deliverySalary £70,000-£90,000 per annum plus a benefits packageIf this role is of interest please submit a copy of your latest cv for immediate consideration.
