A large wellestablished organisation is looking for a proven Business Analyst with strong Dynamics365 experience. This is a hybrid role: working between home approximately 3 days per week, and from their City, London office.Reporting into the Head of Business Relationship Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, understanding and refining business needs for Dynamics 365 and translating them into workable solutions. Various projects planned, includingNext Best Action, Relevant Push knowledge, Customer Survey refresh, & SMS / Social Media channels.Duties will include communicating with internal operational and technology departments, using data modelling practices to develop and analyse solution proposals, identifying the end-to-end changes required across people, processes & technology, managingstakeholders, maintaining high quality documentation as well as conducting post go-live evaluationsIn order to be suitable for this role you must havesignificant business analysis experience with detailed product knowledge of Dynamics365, including people, process and technology improvements. It would also be good to have exposure working with thirdparty resources on multiple projects: understanding from their point of view. The ideal candidate will also a recognised industry qualification such as IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional(CBAP), and IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) .This is a business-critical role in a large reputable business that is looking to transform the way customers interact and established themselves as an ethical data-driven organisation. This Dynamics365 Business Analyst role is paying a basic salary up to£42,000 plus benefits including a generous non-contributory pension, 25 days holiday, Employee Assistance Programme, Gym, Private medical insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Life assurance cover.
