Job Details For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwrth, Germany we are looking for a Stress Engineer for parts of the dynamic system, who has the possibility to work in a international and diverse environment. The job holder (m/f/d) will be part of a team responsiblefor the analysis of rotor blades, metallic rotor parts, engine integration, flight control and hydraulics for various Helicopter (H135, H145, Tiger and others). The position holder(s) works as a Dynamic System Stress Engineer (m/f/d) and takes over the followingTasks: Dimensioning, analysis and verification of components of the dynamic system under Consideration of weight and performance aspects Execution of static calculations and lifetime analyses for metal and Carbon Fibre components with the help of analyticalmethods and FE analyses Evaluation of quality reports and construction deviations Proof of repairs and Changes in the production process Answering customer questions and investigating incidents from operations Personal requirements Self-motivated and independentway of working with good communication skills Initiative and willingness to work in a transnational environment with diverse Interfaces to other disciplines Experience with Stress Analysis and with HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young. Good FEM knowlege required(ie Hypermesh, Optistruct, NASTRAN, ABAQUS). Experience of Fatigue & DT required. Languages: Fluent German and English EU Passport or work permit required (we can help support)
