PREMIER INN - DUBLIN CITY CENTRE - NEW HOTEL OPENINGKITCHEN TEAM MEMBER 11.75 - 12.35 - 97 BED HOTEL WITH CAFE BAR OFFERINGWe have opened our first ever Premier Inn in Dublin City Centre and we are looking for Kitchen Team Members to work in our Kitchen! There are multiple roles available, from part-time to full time, with shifts during breakfast 6am -1pm, includingweekends. We cant wait for you to join our newest hotel in Ireland.To be successful in this role, youll need to have a passion for food, work in a fast-paced environment and you can embody our values of Genuine, Confident and Committed.All teams within our new site will receive company to help support you in understanding our ways of working.Skills and experienceExperience for the role isnt essential, with our structured induction and ongoing training plan to support you in your role, its about what you can bring as a person. Youll need to:

  • Have an ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Be organised and strong communication
  • Have a passion for food and delivering high standards
  • Have the motivation to deliver an incredible customer experience every time in a fast-paced environment
What is a Kitchen Team Member
  • Working as part of a team, youll have an eye for detail, striving to deliver great products in a fast-paced environment whilst taking great pride in keeping the kitchen and all the equipment clean and maintained.
  • Supporting the Kitchen Team leader in all kind of ways, from our famous Premier Inn Breakfast or our dinner service delivering starters mains and desserts.
  • This is a hands-on role however with your strong team player approach youll always be ready for a challenge.
  • Naturally, youll strive to achieve and maintain a spotless kitchen in line with key health & safety and food & hygiene standards.
